Like the other "Defeat x enemy units with y" achievements, this can be completed by creating Nest of Bees, selecting them, and deleting with a long press of the delete button. Because of the high cost, this will take three matches even with maximum resources. Suggest a skirmish match with no other players.

Not sure how you win by deleting your own units?
I did this on standard. Landmark skirmish victory, 3 AI easy, Hill and Dale map. Very tedious. The enemy never attacked my base. So, I attacked a base with nest of bees, destroyed the 3 landmarks. Then I walled in 8 nest of bees near the landmarks. Enemy units would attack or villagers would attempt to rebuild the landmarks. Moved on the the other enemy bases and did the same, leaving one landmark standing. Let the game run. Saved from time to time. Did not see the achievement pop so had to exit out to check on Steam. Eventually got it after taking out the last landmark.
