There is a COOP-Boosting method to this which will result in about one win every 30 seconds.
Simply go to the Multiplayer Tab and open a lobby. Invite your friend and start the game. Once both players are loaded have one of them click "surrender" (not quit).
This will result in a win for the other player.
Repeat until enough wins are earned for the achievement.

A speed strategy would be to load into a 4v1 or bigger match with hardest difficulty AI as your allies going against an easy AI opponent. You can then simply start in Age IV with max resources and rush them knocking them out quite quickly. The reason why I suggest AI partners is that sometimes you'll get AI that are incredibly aggressive and go for the kill early on which can aid you. More often than not though you'll be the one sweeping up the enemy right off the bat.
