Create a custom Skirmish game with the following settings:
Teams: 1v1
Enemy Team: Easy
Generated Map: Dry Arabia or any other land map
Starting Age: Age I
Map State: Revealed
Starting Resources: Highest (Max)
Civilisation: Mongols (Enemy doesn't matter)
Now once you loaded into the game simply start by building 4 or more Barracks and produce 25+ Spearman.
This shouldn't take more than 3-5 minutes and the AI will still be minding its own business.
Just take the Spearman and walk to any of the buildings that the AI build and start destroying it. Once it started burning it will give a few resources and count for this achievement which will pop with a few minutes delay.
