Campaign: Sultans Ascend
Mission: #5 "The Battle of Mansurah"
BLUF: Use stealth-enabled Spies to position near all 3 enemy leaders and utilize the stealth one-hit kill ability within 30 seconds of each other.
Strategy: The mission begins with a stealth sequence called "Send for Help" where you bring the spy to an NPC messenger by avoiding enemy patrols. Complete this sequence as normal and watch or skip the following cutscene. When you regain control, your next task is to Defend Mansurah. This will also start an optional task called ELIMINATE THE GRAND MASTERS. You will need to simultaneously find the Grand Masters and build up a moderate defense of Mansurah from enemy spoiling attacks
Each Holy Order you face has one Grandmaster. If you kill the Grandmaster, the respective Holy Order will flee. The three grandmasters are the enemy leaders you must kill within 30 seconds of each other for this achievement.
The achievement requires appointing Spies through the Support Leader Shajar al-Durr, moving the spies through the enemy territory and avoiding patrols, and finding the enemy leaders. If you are spotted by enemy units, hide your spies in the safe houses around the area to lose aggro and to heal your Spies.
Once you find one of the Enemy Leaders (look for a floating crown), stash a Spy in a nearby Farmhouse and keep searching for the others with another Spy. The first two listed below are Heavy Melee Cavalry while the Teutonic GM is a Heavy Melee Infantry unit.
General Locations:
1. Templar Grand Master - Eastern most point on the map
2. Hospitaller Grand Master - just NE of the Headquarters marked by a Star
3. Teutonic Grand Master - Northernmost point on the map in a well-defended camp across the river
Position the Templar-targeting Spy in one of the Farmhouses near his position. Position the Hospitaller-targeting Spy near the Farmhouse by the NE river crossing site. Position the Spy targeting the Teutonic GM near the enemy Monastery, where the GM usually will hang out before a quick patrol.
Once you have a Spy positioned near all three leaders, you are set up to eliminate all three within 30 seconds of each other. Make sure you check all three spots and that you can see where the GMs are before you commit to the attack.

Good guide. I'll point out that you can save just before attempting the attack, lose, load, try again and still have the achievement pop.
