If you're like me and had issues with this achievement unlocking, complete the mission in one playthrough without the use of saves. Once I did this, the achievement unlocked right away.
Once you have ambushed the columns, sacked the market town, saved the Welsh, and smashed the blockade, you'll end up in Lincoln. In the southwest portion of Lincoln is a keep. Defeat the siege and capture King Stephen before the keep takes any damage.

Yep, going back and doing a quick run through on Easy unlocked it for me too. You can just do it with the units you're given too.

Expanding on Lockie's comment, assuming you don't lose a bunch of your soldiers in the early part of the mission, you should have more than enough to bum rush the final encampments at the end of the mission as soon as the objective becomes available. Just hit one head on and then move in to the next two from the sides (would recommend trying this on easy, though.)
