This achievement will (almost) unlock naturaly while going for the faction-mastery, so their is no need to rush. Still, here is a guide.
If you got a boosting partner, just start the game and one quits/concides.
Settings
map-type: no islands
map size: mico or small
victory: Landmark
ressourcess: maximum
map: uncovered/everything visible
age: 4th age
[usefull map-seed: 3d335fea]
AI-Level: Easy or Intermediate. Some you are sure you can control
AI-Faction: does not matter; Mongolians work fine.
1. Select 5 of your workers to mass build staples. 5 or more should be more than enouth.
2. Select the last worker and send him of to build ~5-10 houses. (, just make sure you can build a small army)
3. Build Knights. - 20 should be enouth
4. Send them to rush the opponents Townhall (the one that holds 15 people/has 7.5k HP)
5. You should win after a single attack, but win for sure if you attack a second time.
[You can also build a foundry and tech your units in time befor you attack]

If you're going at this solo, this method should get you down to about 4 min per win. Get through all the other achievements (don't forget the mastery!) to save some time.
1 - Dry Arabia micro, max resources, Landmark win, Age IV, easy AI (i've been going against English but it shouldn't matter), fully revealed
2 - Immediately build 3 siege workshops, then build a couple houses
3 - Build 3 great bombards then research the speed tech
4 - Send the great bombards over to the enemy base as soon as they come out. They attack from so far away that I haven't one time yet had the enemy try to take them out. A few shots and their landmark should go down!

There is a COOP-Boosting method to this which will result in about one win every 30 seconds.
Simply go to the Multiplayer Tab and open a lobby. Invite your friend and start the game. Once both players are loaded have one of them click "surrender" (not quit).
This will result in a win for the other player.
Repeat until enough wins are earned for the achievement.
