As the Ottomans, you have the ability to garrison one infantry unit into a siege weapon, increasing its movement and attack speeds.
To do this, you must first acquire the Vizier skill "Siege Crews," which requires two Vizier points to unlock. Vizier points are unlocked by advancing in age and creating new units. Once you have this ability, reach the Castle Age, construct three trebuchets, and order one infantry unit to garrison inside them, one per trebuchet. Then the achievement should pop.
This is easily done in any standard game, but for those looking for a quick and dirty approach: create a skirmish against the AI, put yourselves on the same team, set victory conditions to be Wonder or Sacred, resources to Infinite, and the Age to Dark (so you get more Vizier points quickly by advancing in age.)
After you start the game, build every age advancement building and military academy you can until you hit two Vizier points. Build several military buildings and train additional units to hasten the process. Then construct three trebuchets from your siege workshop and station one infantry inside each. The achievement should unlock immediately. You do not need to finish the match in order to unlock it.
