This achievement can be unlocked fairly easily by winning a skirmish match by wonder victory with the following settings:

Skirmish – Create Match
Add 1 A.I. and set it to easy difficulty
Civilization:
Walkthrough:Add 1 A.I. and set it to easy difficulty
Civilization:
Your Civilization: French
A.I. Civilization: English
Game Setup:A.I. Civilization: English
Win Conditions:
Disable Sacred and Landmarks victory. Make sure Wonder victory is enabled
Starting Conditions:Staring Resources: High
Starting Age: Age IV
Map State: Revealed
Map Setup:Starting Age: Age IV
Map State: Revealed
Change map to Warring Islands
Map Options:Map Size: Gigantic
- With the villagers you begin with immediately start building your wonder.
- Keep making villagers to work on the wonder.
- Once the wonder is built you will have to defend it for 15 minutes. Use this time and the remaining resources to keep building walls and stone wall towers around your wonder to defend it.
- Do not make any other units except for villagers.

This method works. You can make this even easier if you set the AI to the same team as you. Then just wait out the Wonder victory.

You can get this in a skirmish match vs AI by having an AI ally (same team number as you). Start the game then immediately surrender.
As technically your team won this will still count for the achievement.
