The New Atlantis campaign features an additional 12 missions where you get to play as the Atlanteans. These 12 missions are listed below:
1. A Lost People
2. Atlantis Reborn (Oranos)
3. Greetings from Greece (Oranos)
4. Odin's Tower (Kronos)
5. The Ancient Relics (Kronos)
6. Mount Olympus (Kronos)
7. Betrayal at Sikyos (Ra)
8. Cerberus (Set)
9. Rampage (Thor)
10. Making Amends (Gaia)
11. Atlantis Betrayed (Oranos)
12. War of the Titans (Gaia)
Upon completing mission 12 and going to the main menu you should unlock this achievement. You will also unlock "New World, New Gods" for completing mission 1 of this campaign. Be sure to make some progress on other Atlantean based achievements. Such as:
Kronos' Telephone Booth (Time shift 100 buildings) - Mission 4 Odin's tower deals with teleporting buildings.
Terrif-eyeing (Create over 666 Argus eyes in a single match)

I recommend going through the story for the next success, but if someone doesn't enjoy it, just go through each mission with the "win instantly" cheat until the last round, of course, because of the cheat, the success will not appear, but the last round will be unlocked and then you just have to go through the mission to the end, the last it's quick and easy, woala.

If you want to do this quickly you can just open the chat box using enter and type "THRILL OF VICTORY" to win each mission. Just make sure you play the last mission normally (can do it on Story difficulty) in order to unlock the achievement. This is the case for all campaign achievements.

For clarification: You need to play mission 1 (1st New Atlantis Achievement) and mission 12 (2nd Achievement) of the New Atlantis campaign.
