Age of Mythology: Retold

Mountain Giants are very useful units, so you should get it through normal campaign play.

If you want to rush it, start a skirmish with Odin or Loki, then get Njord in the third age. Set the AI to lowest difficulty, Ressources as infinite. If you are comfortable with it, increase the games speed. You will need to research "Jotun" for them to get their punt ability. Then simply walk them up to an enemy unit and let them land their hit.

I got it in the second mission of the Golden Gift campaign, as you already start with the right gods, and just need to research Jotun and built a Giant. You will be attacked from the right relatively soon by yellow.

This is an easy achievement.

Start a skirmish with the Norse using Odin
Settings:

• Standard Mode
• Game Speed Fast
• Infinite resources
• Reveal all
• 12 AI Players

Start:

1. For this one you can gain another achievement during this, see my video guide below for more info.
2. Begin by building the temple and then upgrade to age 2 and be sure to choose Heimdall which will allow you to create Einheri at the temple if you also want to aim for the other achievement.
3. Build all houses to allow for max troops/units and make any upgrades at the temple for all troop types.
4. Build a armory and upgrade to age 3, be sure to choose Njord which allows you to get the Mountain Giant.
5. Create Mountain Giants via the temple and build more temples to produce Mountain Giants at a faster rate if needed. Upgrade this troop type at the temple too which will allow for the Punt ability.
6. Attack the enemy base and the Giants should automatically Punt enemy units around the field and gain you this achievement. If it doesn't work automatically try using it manually.
