This can be done in any match that you reach Mythic age and have 4 God powers.
On the campaign the earliest you can do is stage 5, “just enough rope”
On stage 6 “I hope this works” is super easy once on are within Troy Walls at night.
Once your troops arrive, you’ll receive a 4th power and can you then in quick succession to unlock this achievement

Seems to be glitchy. Unlocked for me after using 4 different Powers across multiple Missions
