To do this, you need to feed him five fish BEFORE you lure him down from the cliff face.
Once you've equipped the fishing net to the boat, go to and back from the lighthouse, picking up the fish in your net. Then go back up to floor 0, out onto the cliff, and feed gunther the fish.
Do this five times.
NOTE: Don't forget to talk to him multiple times between and after each fish-giving, as this gives unique conversation lines that count towards this achievement:

You need to do this in Chapter 5. This trophy is the main reason doing the miscellaneous trophies alongside the speedrun trophy will be difficult as this trophy alone is quite time consuming.
Once you've gained access to the beach and attach the net to the back of the boat, you need to catch a fish for Gunther. Instead of placing the fish on the log to continue with the story, head all the way back up to Gunther's nest and feed him the fish. You need to catch a total of 5 fish to feed to him. You can only carry one at a time so there will be a lot of back and forth happening with this. Once you have fed him the 5th fish, he'll get the hiccups and the trophy will unlock.
This trophy pairs up with Gasbag with Günther as in order to get all of the conversations required for that trophy, you need to feed him the 5 fish and interact with him each time you.
