This will be started in Chapter 1 and completed in Chapter 2.

In Chapter 1, when you've accessed the upstairs area (the stairs to the left of the fish tank), there will be two doors you can do in: the left door (the Study) and the right door (the Bathroom). Go inside the bathroom. Interact with the sink until you are zoomed in on it and then interact with the faucet to turn the water on. The sink will be clogged and the water will overflow.

Continue on with the story and, during Chapter 2, you'll eventually gain access to the garage (the stone door in the pond area). Once inside, pick up the plunger that is to the right of the counter. Make sure the water is turned on if it's not already and head back to the bathroom. Use the plunger on the sink to unclog it. Turn the faucet on and then hold over the drain to plug it with your finger. Once the water overflows a second time, the trophy will unlock.
