The locations of the six webs are as follows:
1) The starting blueprint room in the cupboard.
2) In the vent as you crawl throuhg.
3) In the outside box to the left of the lighthouse, where you get the lighthouse key.
4 & 5) Inside the lighthouse, at the bottom of the elevator, on the framework of the elevator.
6) At the top of the lighthouse, inside the pirate chest.
Just click on all of them to get dialogue and the achievement will pop.

You can do this in Chapter 4 and 5 or just Chapter 5.
There are 6 spiderwebs scattered throughout the Ruby's lair that you need to find and interact with. Their locations are as follows:
Spiderweb #1: When you first reach the lair (the room with the Blueprints on the right wall), open up the cabinet above the boxes. Behind the left door is the spiderweb.
Spiderweb #2: When you gain access to the vent from the previous spiderweb, you'll see the second one inside the vent, on the top left corner.
Spiderweb #3: In Chapter 5, when you've gained access to the island with the Lighthouse on it, go around the left side of the lighthouse to find a small chest. Open up the chest to find the spiderweb in the lower left corner.
Spiderwebs #4/5: Go inside the Lighthouse. On the left side of the lift in front of you is the 4th Spiderweb. Directly across from it on the right (kind of hard to see) is the 5th Spiderweb.

Spiderweb #6: Go up the lift to the top room and unlock the chest inside (the key is inside the scuba helmet just in front of it). The Spiderweb is inside this chest.
