How to unlock the X Marks the Spot achievement in Agents of Mayhem - Definitive Guide

This will come with naturally playing the game but I do have a few steps to ensure fast gain of this achievements.

-Get the level 6 agency perk "Loot Lock Search Program. This allows you to see loot boxes with your scan ability.
-With said scan ability, press Y frequently to see the purple highlights.
-Look for large yellow loot boxes, often found in the LEGION lair scenarios done throughout the story. There are standard square sizes and larger rectangular sized boxes.

Eventually you'll stumble across one for this easy achievement.

A large loot chest will appear as a slightly rectangular chest that will give off a gold aura. More than likely, once you upgrade your scanning radar and start running around the city, you'll come across this chest. It will give the highest payout of most chests, ranging from skins, weapons, vehicle blueprints, or even Legion/Gremlin Tech.

The first one is actually under the stairs by a becon on the Rama investigation, whilst setting up Gremlins trip to ground level.

You will see many chests around Seoul or in lairs but the ones you need for this trophy are the large gold chests. They are random and unlimited so keep using your scan to find them while you're going after shards.

You can buy an upgrade at the Ark to make them appear with your scan.
