How to unlock the I was born to rule! achievement in Agony - Definitive Guide
To get the Nimrod ending you must first unlock the Succubus ending and the evil ending. After that you will have to find and possess special Martyrs wearing the garments of Adam throughout the game and get to the cathedral in chapter 4.
Every ending (but Succubus) can be done by fulfilling its requirements through chapter select. So spare yourself another full play through!
The garments of Adam:
In your first play through you might have come across some Martyrs wearing robes. These Martyrs are the ones we're looking for. There are 5 of these throughout the Story, each of them wearing a different piece of the garments. Make use of the chapter select to possess these guys and collect the robes. After possessing them you will get the message that you collected a piece of the garments. You will also get an auto save (always check the icon just to make sure) so you can go back to the title screen right away.
You can check out their locations in the video I added to the guide.
The video is not mine, all credit goes to FuchsFeuer 22763.
NOTE: The youtube video was made before they patched the game so things might be different for you. Most notably the second Martyr wearing the shoulders of Adam. For me he was not in the cell shown in the video and I thought they just removed him. But thanks to a reddit user I found out, that they put him into a different place and I just didn't notice collecting the garment. He is now one of the guys sitting around the fire in the same area. Close to the rotating spikes before the path splits (left way leads to the cell shown in the video).
Once you have collected all the garments just use chapter select to get to the tower of Babel in chapter 4. From there you will need to head to the basement of the cathedral (same place where Succubus mode ended). On the right side of the cathedral (before getting to the dining table) should be a door leading to a spiral staircase down to the cellar. To unlock the door you have to examine a painting which you can find in a room on the 2nd floor of the cathedral. That door is yet again locked until you've collected the 5 pieces (arms, legs and head) of the golden statue within the cathedral. Just use the minimap to find the 5 pieces.
Prerequisites:
Succubus and evil ending:
For the Succubus ending you just have to complete the game in Succubus mode, that's it. Once you're inside the cathedral turn left, there should be a Succubus door leading to the end. As far as I know there are no alternate endings in Succubus mode.
The evil ending requires you to kill 70 enemies (Martyrs count too) in Story mode and reach the cathedral in chapter 4. The easiest way to do this is to unlock the skill for possessing an Onoskelis and farming the floating forest area through chapter select. Possess an Onoskelis, kill every other character in sight, reload checkpoint, rinse and repeat until you've killed 70 enemies total. After that use chapter select to get to the tower of Babel in chapter 4. Inside the cathedral look for a big dining table with a huge painting of the scarlet queen behind it. Approach the table to get the evil ending.

In order to get the Nimrod ending first you need the evil ending by killing 70 people/things. Load up Floating Forest chapter 5, get killed by those skinny vagina faced demon right in front of you, kill everything around you. I used the fireball magic attack thing, then load checkpoint. You should get like 10 kills or so from all the martyrs and another vagina demon or 2. Just keep rising and repeating. Then when you've killed 70 or think you have, simply load the Forsaken Cathedral chapter 7. and go straight to the painting/table and you'll get the evil ending.
Note: as soon as you collect the garment and it saves and the message stops showing on the screen you can simply hit main menu and go collect the next piece, no need to finish the level.
Now start collecting the Garments.
1. Same location in the video: need to look at painting and restart the level in chapter select (I did that painting on my first playthrough)
2. Floating Forest Chapter 5. In front of the statue by all the spinning blades, there's like 4-5 people around the statue before going towards the ledges to get the one in the video which is no longer there in 2020 (due to patches/consoles/etc)
3. Frozen Fire Chapter 6. You'll have to possess him, it's the same location as in the video.
4. Forsaken Cathedral Chapter 3. Those flying octopus things always seemed to grab my spirit thing rolls eyes anyways underneath the platform in front of you (there's a vagina face monster nearby) grab the torch and run through the plague chamber and to the location; simply run up the stairs and then run across the platform avoiding the spiky ball and beat that bitch to death (again i guess) and grab the sandals.
5. The Forsaken Cathedral Chapter 5. Grab a torch and go to the place in the video and beat the hell out of the guy with the crown and take that.
With all that done, load up Forsaken Cathedral Chapter 8 and go to the secret room on the right. (you needed to collect a painting and find golden body parts, both needed to be done prior to this). Go down all those stairs into the "love chamber" and enjoy your succubus love and ending King. Now banish this game to the fires of hell, because it was "agony"
The head is straight ahead past the table from the evil ending
Arm is 1st floor bottom left corner
Leg is bottom right 1st floor
Arm is 2nd floor between the two bodies in a jaw
Leg 2nd floor left side
Arm 2nd floor right side I think.

To get this ending you will need to find and possess five martyrs with elements of Adam's Robes:
• 1. Necklace. Level 1, checkpoint Well. The martyr will be located to the right of the large staircase behind a bone grate. To get to it, you must first climb the stairs and turn right into the narrow corridor. At the end of it there will be a picture, having studied which, the lattice will disappear and we will gain access to the owner of the necklace.
• 2. Mantle. Second level, CT Floating Forest. We go towards the cliff, from which we need to jump to move to the next area, but instead of jumping, we take the small path on the left. A little further along this path there will be a small cave with the martyr we need.
• 3. Robe. Third level, CT Temple of Ishtar. We rise to the large hall, approach the astral source and leave the body. The martyr in the robe of Adam wanders exactly opposite the source - it is impossible to confuse him with someone else.
• 4. Sandals. Level 4, CT Plague Chamber. Here, obtaining the desired item is complicated by the presence of numerous white tentacles that devour the GG’s soul from a great distance. Having passed the mountains of meat and entering a kind of dining hall, around which the devil is running circles, we stick to the left side of the room and let the demon finish off the physical body.
• 5. Crown. CT Forgotten Caves, level 4. Having gone down past the exploding martyr, we do not go to the glowing cross, but turn along the path to the left, climb along two penis-shaped appendages through the abyss and go into the pink door on the right. To avoid getting lost, it is better not to move the camera around. The necessary martyr will walk a couple of steps in front of us.
After this, we get to the Cathedral of the Red Goddess, look for five pieces of the statue of a crucified martyr there and make our way into the basement.

This trophy was the last to be won. I couldn’t find the chelik number (2) in the floating forest. He was not located in my cave, but sat and prayed in front of the altar, where there were two more and one at a distance was beating himself, next to him was another demon, wearing (2) gold clips on his hands. For this trophies section, please read the other conditions just in case.

You didn’t indicate the most important thing, you need a strict sequence, first you need to complete the game with the “Evil” ending - kill 70 or a little more creatures, then go to the Cathedral of the Red Goddess.
Then go through the game as the Succubus, and after that, playing as the martyr (you can select chapters) again return to the Cathedral. (If you already have the entire suit).
