Agony

In the third chapter of the game, starting from the Soul Mirror at the beginning of the frozen forest (where multiple body-parts balls are rolling around). Follow the path to where a few slithering tentacles are sticking out of the ground. To the left of that there is a hole in the wall to slip in.

Sneak past the big Chort demon sitting at the table, on the ridge above him. Jump towards the pillars in the middle of the room or find the path where you can just walk to these higher grounds.
You can jump into the ceiling (which is water) so you can swim to a next pillar. The peanut is located on a lone pillar, you can see the nut laying there. For a visual clue; next to this lone pillar is also a frame with a baby in it.
