To complete this level, you just need to sell 125 carrots, 60 tomatoes, 20 watermelon, and 30 strawberries. To accomplish this, you must hoe/till the ground, plant the seeds, water the plants, harvest the crops, and then sell the crops (in 9 minutes and 20 seconds).
When you run out of water, interact with the well on the lower right corner of the screen to refill your water pail. To interact with the well, press UP on the D-Pad, walk over to the well, and then press the A button repeatedly to interact and refill the pail.
To hoe/till, press LEFT on the D-Pad and then press the A button on the plot of land to interact.
To water, press UP on the D-Pad and then press the A button on the plot of land to interact.
To plant/harvest, press RIGHT on the D-Pad and then press the A button on the plot of land to interact.
To use insecticide, press DOWN on the D-Pad and then press the A button on the plot of land to interact.

This was the first level where I needed to purchase upgrades in order to complete the level on time. Start by selling strawberries, then watermelons, and then when you have at least $1000, go to the Shop, press RT, and purchase the Hand, Watering, and Hoe upgrades.
