So for me, I built my forge to the left of my hut and when it came time to build the trade area I had to deconstruct it and relocate my forge. When I did this and I built it again using the blueprint that is at the bottom of your inventory, bleep bloop I got it.
To deconstruct a building, you have to be standing in front of the building and then in your inventory where the blueprints are there is an option to deconstruct. Sorry I can't remember the exact phrasing and I am not in front of my xbox right now, but this should be enough detail to help you get it done. I can update guide later. After that move over to where you want to build it and select the right blueprint from inventory and build it.
