For me there was a mountain with a hunter on the mountain, when you approach the mountain there should be purple on the ground go in the purple hole and there will be a npc, he will give you a quest to kill a wyrm,which you need to use a bow to deal damage, and hope it drops a dragonblood or whatever the item is, then go back the npc in the purple hole talk to him and he will place down the alchemy table in the hole. Once he place the alchemy table, you should get the achievement.
