This achievement is unlocked upon completion of the quest "Build Com Station" given by the Mechanic.

To avoid missing this achievement don't recruit the Mechanic aboard the Mobile Research Lab until you've built the Com Station. She must stay in Sunset Haven for the quest to be acquired.

Summary:

• Quest: Build Com Station
• Quest giver: Mechanic
• Location: Sunset Haven (first island west of the Starting Island)
• Pre-requisites: Have a Com Device (rewarded after completing "Water Cave" quest given by The Mirrows) and talk to the Mechanic
• Requirements: Gather 1 Hi-Tech part, reach the summit of the western island and call the Mechanic from there

Hi-Tech parts can be found in The Heights island (west of Sunset Haven), either in land or underwater. Alternatively, Hi-Tech parts can also be crafted in Factory or Advanced Lab.
