For this you need a full set of exotic equipment. I had the Exotic Sword, Drill, Armor, Pack and Stealth Helm all made, but it wasn't until I also made the Exotic Gun that I got the in-game award, and this achievement. As for how to make them, you basically need to follow the tech ending to almost the end. Story spoilers ahead.
