How to unlock the The Full Story achievement in Aground - Definitive Guide

Welcome achievement hunters.
For this achievement you will need to read a bunch of ship logs. On the second island in the desert is a crashed ship. You will need a decent weapon and a lot of food as the enemies are vast and strong.
You will find three ship logs in the main room with the 2 mirrow characters. (These 2 are strong I recommend a shotgun and a lot of food to beat these people) Once beaten you will find a few screens you will be able to read.
Once read go outside the ship and enter a tear in the ship south of the main entrance, inside here is 12 more screens you can read but they are protected by mobs. Bring loads of food and ammo.
Once you have read all 15 you shall unlock the achievement.
