This achievement glitched on me, so if it doesn't pop after getting your last achievement, simply close/quit the game and restart it and it will pop!

Also glitched for me. Can confirm it popped after closing the game and reloading it!

Here is my full 100% Achievement guide in the quickest way that i could!
Also note, if you just want to bash the game out for achievements, holding the RT will let you skip most of the dialogue and scenes and you can get this done in around 5-6 hours instead of the apparent 20-25 hours lol
