How to unlock the Battle: Electric Shock Bodyguard achievement in AI: THE SOMNIUM FILES - Definitive Guide

Day 5: Tuesday: seisAI
Towards the end of this day you'll head to the Sejima residence as part of the story. There will be two sections of quick-time events that you'll have to pass without misses to unlock the achievement. The first section is:
Mash
Press
Press
+ 
at the same time.
Second section is a few moments later:
Press
Hold the cursor over the pipe and press when prompted
The achievement should unlock immediately after you pass the last button prompt.
EDIT: The face buttons might be randomized per playthrough, but I haven't tested on this shooting level.

The last two were different for me, so I can confirm it's random.

may be a bug , i do it with no miss and try again 4 times , but the achievement not pop.
