How to unlock the Dream Documentation Duty: CEO achievement in AI: THE SOMNIUM FILES - Definitive Guide

There is a Hidden Item in each of the Somniums in the game, for a total of 13, they take the form of glowing eyeballs. They range in difficulty with how well they are hidden, some only appear after completing some mental locks. Each one unlocks an album entry, so if you're missing some you can use this to determine which ones.

In each of the Somnium walkthroughs above the Hidden Object will be pointed out in bold, so if you're using these this will come naturally through the game. If you're not using the walkthroughs but want to know where the Hidden Items are, below is a list of their locations:
  1. BRaiN: Memories Hidden in Dreams trophy_bronze.png- In the sink after breaking the room apart.
  2. PaiN: Mother, Blood, and Secrets trophy_bronze.png- On one of the benches surrounding the Merry Go Round.
  3. VaiN: Disassociated Persona trophy_bronze.png- In the left corner of the room.
  4. SWaiN: My Hero trophy_bronze.png- Behind large shelving near a forklift.
  5. SUSTaiN: Indelible Memories trophy_bronze.png- On a chair that appears after interacting with the envelope.
  6. CAPTaiN: Bonds Revealed trophy_bronze.png- On the right speaker after moving Adorabbit for A...Do...Rab...Bit... trophy_bronze.png 
  7. CURTaiN: The Other Side of the Black Curtain trophy_bronze.png- On some shelves to the right of the dresser after tearing a few books.
  8. REFRaiN: Echoes of Murder trophy_bronze.png- After heading back through Door D after using the Control Panel, turn around towards the barrel and head down the walkway back there.
  9. VILLaiN: Evasive Memory trophy_bronze.png- On a dock cleat past the crane after passing through a couple of doors.
  10. MaiN1: Antinomic Conflict trophy_bronze.png - In Route 2, after digging the Shrine, in a shack on the right side of the street.
  11. MaiN2: The Eternal Ceremony trophy_bronze.png- After retrieving the seed, return to where you found it once regaining control.
  12. MOUNTaiN: Corpse Flower trophy_bronze.png- After sticking your hand in the first tree, follow the lights to the left and check behind a rock to the left of Tree 2.
  13. CHaiN: % s ! n k trophy_silver.png- After moving the second door, the final item is hanging on a hook near the Pool of Blood.
