Day 3: Sunday : gyoukAI

Eventually as part of your investigation you will go to Sunrise Pocket Maid Cafe. Immediately to your left is a blue-haired Mermaid waitress. Select X-Ray and click on her skeleton; you must do this twice, and the achievement will unlock along with some funny dialogue.

I tried this on day 4 and the achievement didn't unlock.

For the confused: Don't select "Begin" investigation in the flow chart. Select "Re-open" investigation and select Sunfish Pocket maid cafe specifically from list. It was the only way for me to get to the cafe on Day 3.

Has anyone had trouble with this one? I have x Rayed her on both Day 4 and Day 3 a nothing ever pops. I might be fucked with this one.

Did you X-ray her twice on the same day? It popped only on day 3 for me. You may have to keep X-raying her to get through all the funny dialogue before it pops.
