Day 3: Sunday: syokubAI
Eventually you will get a scene where you are interrogating Iris. After questioning her like you would during an investigation phase, it moves on to presenting evidence. I presented the evidence in the following order to unlock the achievement:
1. Sedation
2. Discovery of Renju's Body
3. Renju's Watch, Oil Drum
4. Elevator Record, Oil Drum, Renju's Weight
The achievement should unlock immediately after presenting the last 3 pieces of evidence.

Not sure what makes this achievement missable, considering you can just replay the interrogation.
