How to unlock the SWaiN: My Hero achievement in AI: THE SOMNIUM FILES - Definitive Guide
Day 4: Monday - PSYNCIN' IN THE SWaiN
This is a story achievement and can't be missed. To get here, you need to go through the Cure Mizuki route (left route) and then rihAI (down).
Mizuki's Route (syougAI)
1: Approach the Icy Floor and lie down.
2: Approach the Oil Drum and Roll (USE YOUR TIMIE)
3: Approach the Power Board in the far back wall and Throw Something (USE YOUR TIMIE)
HIDDEN ITEM: If this is your first run, go to the right forklift and look at the green shelves. If you walk to the wall, you'll notice a small opening between the wall and shelves. Walk through the opening to the end to find this Hidden Item.
4: Walk over to Ota and Encourage him. (USE YOUR TIMIE)
Ota's Route (jikAI)
1: Approach the Icy Floor and lie down.
2: Approach the plate (closest on the right side) and Breathe On it (USE YOUR TIMIE)
3: Approach the Forklift and choose Sortie. (USE YOUR TIMIE)
HIDDEN ITEM: If this is your first run, from where the forklift was, look at the green shelves. If you walk to the wall, you'll notice a small opening between the wall and shelves. Walk through the opening to the end to find this Hidden Item.
4: Walk over to Ota and Motivate him. (USE YOUR TIMIE)

I cant interact with Ota, am I missing something? Did everything else (Ota route)
Edit: found it. There are 2 forklifts and I was using the wrong one. Use the right one near the shelves after you get Ota to move. Seems obvious in hindsight, but this game is bizarre.

Ota's somnium is at a branch that leads to either Mizuki's or Ota's route. To get to Ota's somnium follow the flow chart at the branches: left, down.
