To get this, you need to find the alien's head in both iris somniums (or PSYNCIN' IN THE MaiN 1 and 2)
The first one is on Shovelforge's version of golden yokocho inside iris first somnium (the street where Marble, Mama's bar is) you need to enter to marble and then you'll find a zombie, press A and then choose to talk with him, after a short cutscene you will get the alien's head.
The second one is on iris second somnium, the world is a Shovelforge's representation of Ikume shrine, right after the level starts, go to the chozuya (the small building with water under it), press A and choose the only option available, after another short cutscene related to the alien's head, the achievement should pop up
