Day 3: PSYNCIN' IN THE VaiN
This is a story achievement and can't be missed. It is for doing Day 3: Sunday, PSYNCIN' IN THE VaiN. To get here, you need to go through the Cure Mizuki route (left route) in PSYNCIN' IN THE PaiN. Check here for reference:
The Secret Achievement achievement in AI: The Somnium Files worth 13 pointsContinue playing to unlock this secret achievement
There are two paths you can take. You can (and should) begin the PSYNC a second time at any time. Use TIMIES to use less time. You can scroll through them with
or 
, and press 
to select one.
1st Path: Unlocks gumAI.
1: If this is your first run, run to the far left corner and pick up the glowing hidden item.
2: Return to the CRT TV and spin the dial.
3: Choke the torso (behind the TV).
4: Examine the TV (one of the corners) and turn the dial.
5: Push the shelf.
6: Throw the Iron Ball.
7: Look at the TV (straight ahead) and spin the Dial.
8: Open the Worn Out Reference Book and rip it.
9: Open the locker.
2nd Path: Unlocks rihAI.
1: If this is your first run, run to the far left corner and pick up the glowing hidden item.
2: Return to the CRT TV and hit it.
3: Examine the Medicine Shelf and investigate the Bottle.
4: Go to the Operating Table and Perform Surgery (USE YOUR TIMIE HERE)
5: Open the Locker.
6: Throw the Knife.
7: Look inside the Oil Drum.
8: Shoot the Gun (USE YOUR TIMIE HERE).

Then it glitched for you. Try replaying it. You need to anyway if you want the other path.

This Somnium is reached after taking Route 1 in PaiN: Mother, Blood, and Secrets.
As with that Somnium, this has two different routes, however this one diverges from the start. Before you do anything, run to the left corner and pick up the Hidden Object. From here:
