From the home screen, in the top right, use your cursor to select the settings cog icon.
From there, use
to scroll over to “Controls”. Then, change your Sensitivity slider to anything other than default, and then Save your changes using the “Save” button at the bottom.
You can also revert these changes using the “Revert” button if you want it to go back to wherever you had it.
Some users report you must change your Keyboard & Mouse sensitivity, while others and myself got it to pop with controller. So play with both sliders to be safe

I had to change the Mouse sensitivity. It wouldn't pop for General or Controller sensitivity.

I had to change the Mouse sensitivity. It wouldn't pop for General or Controller sensitivity.
