After completion of the regular game objectives you will be tasked with venturing into a Northern ice region. This region will have four ruin sites that each hold a precious gem. Each of these gems add another wonder you can build for your kingdom. When the fourth new wonder is built this achievement should pop.

This doesn't have to be NG+. I did it in my original run while doing the Tundra...

Can anyone tell me how to find these statues? I have the entire map revealed and I can't find anything.

Any one that is still confused by this I just figured it out. After you find the ruins in the north area you get the statues in your wonder tab in your build menu. Same place as the first three you get from the original game (Nomad's Orrery, Tranquil Gardens, Great Library.)
