Go into solo mode and then select tutorial from there. The tutorial is very simple and doesn't take long at all to complete. Once you have finished it, this achievement will unlock. To advance faster through it, just spam 
when the person is talking to you. This way you skip through the dialog.

The tutorial is found in the solo menu, and the first time you enter the game you will be prompted to play it. It should take no more than ten minutes and teach you the basics of creating and commanding units on the battlefield as well as how to maneuver your AirMech.
