Story related and cannot be missed.

Chapter 16 is the final chapter of the game. You’ll have multiple boss battles in the Eternal Delusionscape. In this dungeon, you can’t leave except via Checkpoints, but if you use a Checkpoint to leave, you’ll have to start from the first floor again.

First boss in chapter is fought with Reiji and Yamato only, with Kanata as support. Use items to heal here.

Second boss is with Saki and Kotomi, with Yoshino as support.

Third boss is Riyu by herself with Pinkun as support. It's a 4-on-1 battle, but the enemies are just generic enemies found in the dungeon. It’s best to use physical skills and not magic skills, since casting spells can be quite difficult.

Fourth boss is Asahi and Mizuki with Moé as support. The boss can use Imagine Mode and EX Skills.

Fifth boss battle is immediately afterwards. Set up your party before the battle. Both enemies here can use Imagine Mode and EX Skills, and Kanon can be revived as long as Mikado lives.

The next boss is the final boss of the game. It's a much more advanced form of Kanon and he has much stronger skills, and just like before, can use Imagine Mode and EX Skills. Save after the credits.
