There are two boss fights in this chapter. The first one is when you visit the Pubeternity Delusionscape for the first time, and the second one is when you revisit the Pubeternity Delusionscape. The second likes to roll around and knocks you down often. You'll likely have to watch your HP more often here, as this fighter is more difficult than the previous boss fights. After some cutscenes, you head to the indicated spot for more cutscenes.
