The max level of all party members is 99. The easiest way to level up is to use the Might Club group battle Omega rank. Control Mizuki and have him spam Chase Bullets, and equip him with cards that reduce the amount of SP used. Have Acquire-chan as support, as she can give you an EXP or a money boost. Have the other characters equipped with cards that increase EXP. You can increase the difficulty level if you like, as you earn more EXP on higher difficulties.
