There is a shoebox to the right facing the stage on a rock if you need more supplies
After dealing with the enemies from the water, scratch will appear.
There will be a metal cage you can enter / with 2 mobile light units opposite.
You need to stun Scratch using rocket flares, flash bangs, fire extinguishers, which will cause the NPC characters to hold him in the light.
At this point you need to go to the 2 mobile light units opposite the cage, and interact with them to swing them - facing the cage.
They will click once they are both in place, then simply head into the cage and a cutscene will play out, getting the achievement after it plays.
