This is a lot easier than it may first seem - I got it on the first group of enemies in the DLC episode. One key thing to note is that the achievements in the DLC seem to pop with a massive delay - both starting achievements took a full minute to pop after getting them.
As Rose, you'll head outside and to the Boatyard - this is where your first group of enemies will appear. One will appear on the deck of a boat in the middle of the yard and there is an explosive tank right next to him - happily an enemy spawns on either side of the boat too. Just wait for all three to be there and shoot the tank - it should hopefully take out all three in one go.
If this fails, plenty more enemies spawn here, so don't worry. There are a couple of other explosive tanks lying around (and they seem pretty lethal even if the enemy isn't particularly close), so just wait for enemies to be close and take them all down. Rose also starts with a couple of explosive items, so you can use those if you find that easier. Should be easily doable on this first mob of enemies either way.

Its kinda hard with the equiping explosive items. I did it that way cause I missed the canisters at the start.

You can also die to the explosion and it will still count so hug it if you can!

Right at the beginning of the first combat scenario, you'll be swarmed by the first three enemies of the episode. Kill them and immediately turn to your left. Four enemies will spawn by the little water port with the fence. Right below the supply cache post there's an explosive canister. Run in and kite them around until they're close enough. Dodge as best as you can and shoot it with the shotgun when they're close by. The explosion radius is very generous.
Below is the clip i where i got it, first try. Don't try using the bottle explosive like i did there as the explosion is not big enough. Luckily for me, three enemies survived and were killed by the ensuing canister explosion.
The clip was done in nightmare so you won't have much problem regardless of difficulty. If you don't get it at first just reload the autosave and you'll be at the start of the segment.
