For this achievement you need to kill 4 specific possessed (maybe it's 5 but I don't remember exactly)
But the 4 possessed are: the one possessed with a common white coat, the painted monster, the possessed one with a coat who keeps throwing the knives and is fast, and the last one is the enemy who keeps holding a piece of pipe with stone (you will know that it is him when you use the flashlight and on his chest is that red mark of the enemies base of the game)
Basically all of them you find on the 4th floor, which is when the 3 possessed together and painted monster appear

For those who are in doubt if they can still achieve this achievement on the 4th floor, it's the answer, it's yes
I practically made it all on the 4th floor, the only monster I didn't kill there was the painted one, all the other 3 I did on this floor

Main issue I had with this was severe lack of ammo for the launcher. Ended up turning on Infinite ammo just to get the achievement done.
