I know the all information about guns are in achievement "All Accounted For" but I just add here that it can be easily miss and you have to pick up before end of "Chapter: Return 6: Scratch". Also it will be here for users who use native xbox trueachievements application.
The All Accounted For achievement in Alan Wake 2 worth 45 pointsFind all weapons for both characters
Location of hunting rifle is in Bright Falls - Wellness center - security room. If you still don't have access here, you can use code to the terminal: 17-08-23 for sliding doors. Then grab the doorknob in reception under the table in the box and go back to the security room (very very close, it is visible on the map).
Also in this room is one of the trophy head (no achievement collectibles).

Saga Chapter: Return 5 - Old Gods. There is a door missing door knob next to security office. Door knob is on the floor in a box behind the receptionist desk. Need to unlock he electronic lock to get it.
