How to unlock the Shift in Reality achievement in Alan Wake 2 - Definitive Guide

You will need to progress the main storyline until you unlock the screwdriver and boltcutters to access every area of the game to get all collectibles. Once you do that you can use the car to travel to the 3 maps and collect them all.

There are 4 Nursery Rhymes in Bright Falls
5 in Cauldron Lake (last one can't be accessed until you find all the other ones)
8 in Watery.

Video guide shows collectibles for all Nursery Rhymes, Lunchboxes, & Cult Stashes.

Great guide except you didn’t show picking up the father doll at the end before you go back to witchers station to complete the final rhyme
