I used the following Youtube videos to grab all of the collectibles, credit to the great folks at Achievement Hunter. Although these are for the original Alan Wake, all of the collectables are still in the same locations.
Note that for the chests, you only need to open them for that chest to count, not necessarily collect what's inside them, just in case your inventory is full.

Thanks for posting these so soon after the remastered game released. Not all heroes wear capes. Definitely would've been too lazy to seek this out on my own.
