For those who want to immediately get all the trophies in two versions (PS4 and PS5). Regarding cross-trophies, we can say there are none. Only thermoses and Manuscripts were transferred.
I did it immediately on the PS4 and PS5 versions, all the battle trophies that dropped out in the PS4 version, closed the game and immediately knocked them out on the PS5 version (one kill and the trophy drops). Why? Because after beating the game on the PS4 version, you will need to delete saves from the PS5 version, because... re-collecting everything else breaks down and trophies simply don’t drop out in the PS5 version, I realized when a trophy was supposed to drop out for 5 found chests
Many people say that battle trophies can be obtained during the passage, SO for example, for the entire game I only used the Revolver and the Rocket Launcher (not counting grenades and flares), although I completed the game on Normal difficulty, so as soon as I received a new weapon, I immediately knocked out trophies at the first location with enemies)
I completed the game on normal difficulty in the PS4 version, then one trophy “Meet the deadline” (with the search for objects and battles I couldn’t get it in the first playthrough), the second “Unarmed Hero” (I was able to combine it in the first playthrough), as soon as the trophy dropped, close game and launch the sequel on PS5, run to the trigger and they fall out.
The "Pastoral Town" trophy will have to be completed in both places separately, because... This part of the game must be completed without closing the game in one go, closed and launched, until you finish, there will be no trophy. And in the PS4 Version, when starting chapters, I don’t even recommend pausing while receiving this trophy, because... the game crashes with an error, they distracted me and paused it, it crashed and I had to start all over again. By this time, the PS4 version should have three trophies left: “Collector’s Edition” (all manuscripts), “Alan, Wake up” (Beat the Nightmare) and the coveted PLATINUM.
Then I deleted the saves on the PS5 version and, on easy difficulty, collected all the collecting trophies, except for those mentioned above (thermoses and manuscripts), this will lead to the fact that there are four trophies left on the PS5 version, three of them that remained on PS4 and one for passage on Normal difficulty level.
Then I started on the nightmare in the PS4 version and collected only Chests and Manuscripts (the missing ones). Chests help a lot, namely Rocket Launchers, if you collect everything from chests, even if you need to kill several enemies and spend ammo, then Rocket Launchers help out in those battles that you cannot run through in the story, etc. According to the PLOT, all our weapons are constantly taken away from us, so there is no need to feel sorry for them in difficult situations. I ran straight to the LIGHT where possible (if there was a generator, then I ran to the generator, threw a flare nearby and started it, in one chapter you will have to push carts, I did the same thing, ran and threw it nearby while you were pushing), where there was NO, a rocket launcher helped, flares, grenades and shooting from any weapon that is available. In the last chapter, I picked up the last manuscript, after the trophy fell out, I closed the game, launched the PS5 version with the saves from the PS4, there I picked up the last manuscript and the trophy also fell out. I closed and launched the PS4 version again, ran to the tornado, closed the game and launched the PS5 version (with the launch of the save from the PS4), completed the game, the three remaining trophies fell out, for Normal difficulty, for Nightmare and PLATINUM. I closed the game and launched the PS4 version, completed the game, two trophies for nightmare and for Platinum.
