This video is good, but if you're on EASY difficulty, save ALL of your flare gun ammo until this fight. I had 3 shots for the flare gun. The first two gets you to the dock where the boat drops down. Hit it with the 3rd flare shot and then use the regular flare sticks and flashlight to finish this off cleanly. Took me about 30 seconds.
