I used the following Youtube videos to grab all of the collectibles, credit to the great folks at Achievement Hunter. Although these are for the original Alan Wake, all of the collectables are still in the same locations.
You should only have to turn on the radio, not listen to the entire recording.

Thanks for the filtering. I was missing the first one, since on all my runs I skip unlocking the cabin and go straight for the generator. Again thanks for giving the correct solution under the correct achievement

In general, there is one catch with one radio, if you go through the Alan Wake guide for Xbox 360, radio 6 is marked on the tower in episode 3 "on the run", and in the new Remaster the radio is not marked on the tower, it is further along the plot, so watch the video with all the assemblies of the new version of Remastera.
