The easiest spot I found to do this is in the lumber yard, just before you fight the first boss.
The first 3 Taken you'll see are regular strength, but then you'll have two weak ones run out at you between the two big piles of logs. I found this quite easy to pull off with the final encounter with Stuckey in Episode 1, partly because of the flat ground and the chance to filter them down a thin path. Remember to break their dark presence shields first and then when you have them lined up, pull the trigger. I've played the first episode three times now and every time I've got the achievement at this exact point. Use your torch to stun them if needs be, but make sure they're in line before pulling the trigger.
