After you`re done with the church and the basement of the church, you come outside to a small parking lot.
There you got options to light on, these are "wall", "freind" and so. Light down the text "freind" until it blows up, and Barry spawns. Then this achievement should pop-up.

After coming out of the church basement, you will see a manuscript page floating down, supposedly delivered by Thomas Zane. As you pick it up a number of words will appear, including the word "friend" on a bench behind you if you were facing the MP. Shine on it and Barry will appear, triggering the achievement.

Is it really that hard to spell "friend"? It's right up there, in the name of the achievement for which you're writing a solution, yet you manage to misspell it like a toddler would, twice.

You get to a part of the campaign where there are several torch words for you to reveal. One drops a manuscript page, and one says "friend" which brings your best pal, all done up in Xmas lights. Achievement unlocked :)
