Try to save at least three (preferrably four) flare gun shots for this:

1. One in your apartment, then run and hop the balcony
2. Run to the next grouping of TVs and shoot again
3. Run through the hole you've made to the next grouping and shoot again
4. Run through the last hole and take out the boat however you can -- I used a combo of my last flare gun shot, flares, a flashbang, and my flashlight.

I did this and basically ignored the spawning possessed, and breezed by.

This Achievement is at the very end of the DLC when the Tv's come to life, so don't watch this guide if your not at the end.

The flare gun will be your best friend for this fight. To defeat the TVs, you need to destroy the smaller TVs surrounding the flatscreen, while at the same time fending off other possessed objects and several Taken. Because of this, conserving flare gun ammo for this fight can be incredibly useful in clearing out the room quickly and allowing you to focus on the big bad. Using any flares or flashbangs you may have left over to destroy the boat and the flying books will also be of significant help. I managed to complete the fight in perhaps thirty seconds using only four shots of the flare gun, which proves that the flare gun is really your best weapon in this fight.

While progressing through the signal, always explore new places, find as much flares, flashbangs and flare gun ammo as you can, you need atleast 3 flares to be able to get this. Only ever use them when you have to.

******SPOILER******
When you have just finished speaking to zane, the tvs will come to life, just drop flares or if u have 4 flare gun ammo use one on these.

As soon as these are dead, run and jump through the gap made by the big TV. Then when the big tv has spawned more teles, fire another flare gun right in the centre.

Always ignore the taken, they dont do much damage and if your quick enough they wont even reach you in time.

The tele will move further back and spawn more teles, fire flare gun into the centre again.

After the tele has moved out the bookshelfs will open, there will be a boat there, just fire your last flare gun and go all out with flares, flashbangs whatever you got, just ignore the evil book bird things.

After the boat is destroyed the achievement should pop.

I missed this on my first attempt because I wanted to avoid spoilers and I didn't know when the final boss battle was starting, so I was taking my time and took way over 1.5 minutes. I have good news if this is your situation, though. While several sources, including the Achievement Hunter video, say that if you miss it on your first try you have to play the whole DLC again for another chance, this is not correct. I went back to the main game menu after the credits rolled, selected continue, then special 1. It loaded me to right when the boat was dropping out of the sky (the very last part of the boss battle). I had 2 flaregun shots left, several handheld flares, and a flashbang. I fired off the flaregun twice, popped the flashbang, dropped a flare and jammed on the flashlight, and got the achievement. Easy.

Try to save at least 3 flare guns because you must defeat the horror at the saw mill in less than 90 seconds to unlock this achievement.
