How to unlock the Let There Be Light achievement in Alan Wake - Definitive Guide

When you head inside the cabin, you'll realise the power is out. Go to the shed (follow the power line) and head inside through the door on the left-hand side, start the generator by pressing A in the green section to pull the cord, 3 pulls will do.

Really lacky solution.

I don't even know when in the game I can encounter the first generator TBH. It is most certainly not possible in the first cabin in the game.

Story based and unmissable. When you arrive at the lake cabin with Alice you will have to turn on a generator in the shed to continue.
